STRUCTURE
The current structure of SATPO, a.s., meets the requirements of both banking and non-banking institutions, and is composed of investment, financial, project, and service companies. Projects are developed in collaboration with long-term partners, and the group also offers investors the possibility to participate through bond investments.
A separate SPV company is established for every major project to ensure transparency for both banks and clients. The SATPO brand covers development and land projects, while City Home focuses on acquiring and enhancing existing residential buildings and co-ownership shares.

Associations & Partners
SATPO Group is an active member of the Czech Association of Developers, established to foster open dialogue on the responsible role of developers in modern society and their positive impact on both the professional community and the wider public. The association places strong emphasis on strict ethical standards.
The group has also been a long-standing member of the Real Estate Market Development Association (ARTN), a non-profit organization bringing together leading representatives of development, investment, advisory firms, real estate agencies, law firms, banks, and other organizations operating in the real estate sector.
In 2021, SATPO became a member of the Family Business Network Czech, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and developing Czech family businesses across generations.
