We like to make our workday more enjoyable while also keeping our physical fitness in mind. That’s why we organized a yoga class on our office terrace, led by the wonderful instructor Kristýna Kaščáková.
It helped our employees calm their minds before a hectic workday, stretch their muscles, and start the morning with energy and the pleasant feeling that they’d done something good for their bodies. But the morning yoga session had an even deeper meaning than just stretching—the instructor donated all proceeds from the entire session to charity. The funds went to support abandoned dogs in need through the nonprofit For Dogs z.s.
We took away a pleasant shared experience from the session, one that brings us even greater joy because it turned into tangible help where it’s needed most.
