In response to the article published on SeznamZprávy.cz on 19 December 2025, we consider it important to clarify several key facts that were unfortunately not reflected in the text, despite the author having been informed of them in advance.

Vitality Rezidence is a mixed-use building intended not only for residential living, but also for the provision of home, healthcare and social services. This operating model has been defined from the outset in the project documentation and the occupancy permit and forms an integral part of the original project concept.

All original owners were fully and transparently informed by SATPO at the time of purchase about the scope and nature of the services, as well as about the service provider, LCC domácí péče s.r.o. Each owner entered into an individual agreement governing the provision of these services.

The current tense situation, including the published media coverage, arose only after representatives of the homeowners’ association (SVJ) began restricting the service provider’s access to the premises where the services are to be delivered. This is contrary to the contractual arrangements and to the purpose for which Vitality Rezidence was approved for use. This issue has been raised by a group of residents who insist on the proper delivery of the agreed services.
