Investment group WOOD & Company, in cooperation with SATPO Group, is preparing a sensitive revitalization of the existing residential housing stock and the long-term development of the Písnice area in Prague under the name VITA Písnice. The project is currently in the preparation phase, focusing on analytical assessment and concept development, with the ambition of creating a modern and sustainable urban district.

VITA Písnice represents a long-term commitment with a development horizon exceeding ten years. Together, SATPO Group and WOOD & Company aim to become an example of meaningful urban transformation and demonstrate that housing estates can offer high-quality, modern, and sustainable living. The project will include the gradual renovation of residential buildings, implementation of energy-efficiency measures including thermal insulation, enhancement of public spaces, and the sensitive integration of new development.

SATPO Group’s extensive experience plays a key role in the project. Property management, tenant relations, and the gradual revitalization of the residential buildings will be carried out under the City Home brand, while the future development and construction activities within the area will be delivered under the SATPO brand.
