We consider sharing regular reviews of our annual results with employees to be one of our internal priorities, as it allows us to take a step back and assess our work objectively.
And it makes sense for us to communicate with our employees about how we’re doing!
We not only share how we performed commercially and strategically over the past period, but we also use this opportunity to let everyone know where our projects and ideas are headed in the future. This provides important context for all the projects currently underway.
That is why we presented this year’s financial results and strategic goals again this year, and in addition to sharing important information, we also enjoyed a pleasant get-together with our colleagues.
