From the project´s launch in 2015 through the completion of unit sales, the Vitality Residence was presented as a new standard of living designed for a long and active life for seniors, regardless of age or future health status. This concept has been an integral part of the project’s communication from the very beginning.
„All clients were presented with the available services, including their providers, during the sale of the apartments. In order to preserve the character of the building, future owners of the residential units entered into individual service agreements directly with LCC Home Care. The last residential unit in the project was sold more than four years ago.

We have always acted transparently toward our clients, as evidenced by the signed agreements regarding the future contract for the transfer of the unit, Article 2.3. Prior to signing the future purchase agreement and the purchase agreement, the buyer was demonstrably informed that the building is designed as a residence offering special services. The acquisition of the residential unit is linked to the purchase of these services, the scope and terms of which were described in detail in the contract annexes. By signing, the buyer confirmed that they were familiar with these obligations and committed to transferring them to the next purchaser in the event of a unit transfer.
The SATPO Group has long been committed to transparency, fair dealing, and professional communication. We are ready to answer clients’ questions and provide all necessary information.“
