Supporting young people doesn’t mean for us just standing by them during school activities or at the start of their careers. We also want to be there for them in supporting their emotional well-being and overall mental health.
That is why we hosted on May 18 for the third time a workshop titled “Mind Matters” in our prestigious office premises, led by instructor Sudhakar Dass. He helped students aged 15 to 20 understand how emotions and the human mind work, and how they can train their minds to build greater mental resilience.
Sudhakar Dass is a graduate of the Vedanta International Academy, whose educational principles are rooted in a respected Indian philosophical tradition. This philisophy guides people toward a clear mind, enabling them to face life’s challenges.
Through our collaboration with instructor Sudhakar Dass, we are helping young people manage their life and academic challenges with calmness and healthy self-confidence.
We thank instructor Sudhakar and look forward to next year’s program!
